Love

If you are looking for a super duper quick little quilt with a big impact then this is it!
I was in need of a project like this and since it is almost February my mind started turning to Valentine's day. I remembered seeing this beautiful quilt using Tula Pink's Love Pattern and knew it would be perfect. I think it took longer for me to choose the fabrics for the letters than it did to sew it all up.

I started out intending to make a mini quilt but then figured why not make it baby sized?  I barely had enough of the ivory (Kona Bone I think) but squeaked by by making the bottom half 3/4" shorter than the top (hopefully it's not noticeable!).

And since the front is so minimalist I figured it would be nice to have a dramatic large scale fabric on the back.

Happy Friday! Have a great weekend!

Oh my goodness this is so beautiful. I love the backing fabric, who makes it? I feel like I've seen it for sale on an online store but I can't remember! Thanks and hooray!
